You must be wondering, what on earth is Meltique?
Well let us tell you, Meltique is a technique that introduces artificial marbling and fat into the beef. It's a great way to enhance its flavour and tenderness! This differs from our Wagyu, in which the fat and marbling is achieved by either genetics or their diet!
Either way, the beef is still delicious! It's no different to cooking a usual steak. Simply season it with salt and black pepper, and chuck it on a grill to achieve a juicy piece of steak!

How to store it
If you are not planning to eat it that day, we recommend storing Meltique steaks in the freezer to prevent the fat from melting.
