Korean Pork Belly slices (Samgyeopsal) is a popular meat dish for Korean BBQ! It will come in slices, approximately 6mm thick, so that it's ready for you to grill! It's the perfect thickness for it to have a good bite, but also be juicy and full of flavour. If You like a bit of crispiness, then have it with skin on! A handy trick that I've observed is to grill it with skin side on a pan by balancing the slices off each other!
